Our sparkling fruit wines are a new addition to our offerings. We have developed a process which allows us to produce a sparkling fruit wine for modest prices. This is not methode champenois, but it is still refreshing and makes celebrating sunsets exciting. We hope to be able to release this wine sometime before May 2006. If you want to be notified of the release of any of our new wines let us have your email, phone number or mailing address and we will be glad to let you know when a new wine is ready.

Similarly to Sparkling Framboise, this wine starts from a base of Mure and through a process produces a sparkling blackberry wine which is very tasty. Our sparkling fruit wines may be tasted at the winery. We have methods of resealing our bottles that permit this.

This wine is unique to the fruit wines we make because it is tannic.  The small seeds of the blueberry are quite tannic and this shows up in our whole fruit fermentation treatment.  Also, blueberries contain quit a few flavonoids  which are strong anti-oxidants.

This semi-sweet sparkling wine is made from free stone peaches and manifests all the flavors of the peach skin, pulp and seed.  All of our sparkling wines are highly carbonated and should be well chilled before opening.

Another sparkling fruit wine from Pheasant Ridge Vineyards.  Made from whole sweet black cherries, fermented and pressed after fermentation. This very cherry sparkling wine is quite refreshing on a summer evening.
