Glitteratti 2004
Our 2004 Glitterati is a methode champenoise sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grape. The wine is first made still and bright. Then it is fermented again in its heavy bottle. The yeast is the shaken down to the top (a three month process of daily shaking the inverted bottle by hand). The yeast is frozen in the neck of the bottle and then removed. Still wine is then added to ìtop offî the bottle. It is nice and bubbly and we recommend it for all celebrations public and private. We have been known to celebrate sundown.
